Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You may register using email or Google OAuth. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

- Credits are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value.
- Unused credits from subscription plans do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to adjust credit costs for different features based on computational requirements.
All content provided through GenerateMusic, including but not limited to AI models, algorithms, code, infrastructure, user interface, and documentation, is the intellectual property of generatemusic.net and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership interest in the underlying technology or intellectual property of GenerateMusic.
- Your Input Content: You retain ownership of the prompts, lyrics, and creative direction you provide.
- AI-Generated Output: Music and audio content generated using our AI tools is yours to use in accordance with these Terms, subject to the usage rights outlined below.
- You grant GenerateMusic a limited, non-exclusive license to process your input content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- Output music created with GenerateMusic may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including streaming, social media, video production, and live performance, subject to applicable laws and these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that lyrics or prompts you provide do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- You must not use GenerateMusic to create content that deliberately imitates or impersonates specific artists, or that infringes on existing copyrighted works.
- You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may sometimes produce unexpected or imperfect results. GenerateMusic is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or originality of AI-generated content.
- You must not claim that AI-generated music was created entirely by human effort when disclosure of AI involvement is legally required.
You agree not to engage in any of the following while using GenerateMusic:
- Creating content intended to deceive, harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate any individual or artist
- Generating content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal activities, or discrimination
- Generating content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws
- Unauthorized access to, reverse engineering, decompiling, or distributing our proprietary code, AI models, or systems
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing GenerateMusic services or AI-generated outputs in bulk without written authorization
- Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the service
- Using the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempting to bypass any security features, rate limits, credit systems, or access controls
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, or API abuse tools) to access the service without prior written consent
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the service
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits or promotional offers
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of remaining credits, and potential legal action.
Your use of GenerateMusic is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
- All prices are listed on our pricing page and are denominated in USD unless otherwise specified.
- All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
- You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your selected plan in a timely manner.
- Subscription plans automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice for existing subscribers.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of premium features until the payment issue is resolved.
- GenerateMusic may offer a referral program that rewards users for inviting new members.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENERATEMUSIC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GENERATEMUSIC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenerateMusic, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload or generate through the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GenerateMusic operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top and notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
